The Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino is one of my guilty pleasures. That cold, blended iced coffee with a hint of cocoa mixed with a fresh gooey caramel sauce is like a blizzard in a cup. Learn how to make this by liking and subscribing below and I'll get started!
    Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino Recipe:
    Ingredients -
    - ½ cup sugar
    - 2 tbsp of water
    - ¾ cup of heavy cream
    - 4 tbsp of unsalted butter
    - ½ to 1 tsp kosher salt
    - 2 tbsp ground coffee
    - 1 cup ice
    - 2-3 tbsp of my salted caramel sauce,
    - 1 tbsp of cocoa powder and
    - 1 tsp of sugar
    Preparation -
First, I'll start by making the gooey caramel sauce. In a medium sauce pan, I'm combining ½ cup sugar with 2 tbsp of water and turning the heat up to medium high. I'll let the sugar dissolve and simmer until it caramelizes into a dark amber color. This should take 8-10 minutes. Then I'll add ¾ cup of heavy cream and let it sizzle just for a second. Finally, I'll add in 4 tbsp of unsalted butter and a pinch of salt. I'll let the butter melt and then give it a good stir.
And the salted caramel sauce is done! now I'll just let it cool and then I'll store the leftovers in a small container. this will last about a month in an air-tight container kept in the fridge.
Now to make the Frappuccino. I'm preparing my shot of espresso using my stovetop espresso maker. While the coffee is brewing, I'll add a cup of ice into my blender, along with 1 cup of cold milk, 2 tbsp of my salted caramel sauce, 1 tbsp of cocoa powder and 1 tsp of sugar. If you like it a little bit sweeter, just add more caramel sauce. I'll add in my espresso shot and then blend it all up!
I'll pour my Frap into a nice tall glass and then top it off with some whipped cream. I'll drizzle the caramel sauce over the top, just like they do at the coffee shops. And there we have it - my Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino!

    1. Hello HoneySuckle I am a hugh fan caramel, hazelnut, spices and vanilla iced coffee I havend tryed the salted caramel iced coffee. Thanks for this recipe. I,ll try to
to make the recipe vegan. Cause i,am for 2 and a half years vegan. I realy Love animals nature and humans peace and love to y,all

    2. Something I'd like to see done is a drink that not many places seem to do. Years ago, Starbucks did this drink called "Orange Cream Frappucino". Which was a combination of oranges and milk. So in essence it was a creamsicle in drink form. But they only had it for one summer and it was gone. But it is a drink I'd like to learn to make at home or at least a close approximation.

    3. I was craving this and finally made it. It was awful. I don't think the measurements are correct or it's just not as good as she says it is. Caramel sauce was ok though.

    4. The measurements are not correct or this is not as good as she says it is. I had been craving it and I finally did it a minute a go and it's pretty bad 🙁 I'm very Disappointed!

    5. If you don't want to risk having a water-taste frappuccino, you can bre around 1 cup of coffee and freeze it. Then, you just beat it with the rest of the ingredients! This'll give your frap a much more intense taste 🙂

    6. That looks to me like deliciousness in a cup!  I'll definitely add this recipe to my list.  You look great in this video, BTW.  Your hair, makeup, and the color of your shirt really contrasts well.  🙂
