    1. That was mild mannered. I was a ball boy at Aberdeen v Motherwell, Aberdeen was 2-0 up at half time and Fergie was going absolutely mental in the dressing room. Things were being thrown smashing off the walls and we were shitting ourselves. Then Fergie burst into the room red faced and he just winked and said 'Alright lads'.

    2. fergie was a tough man to please you could not get away with winning ugly winning the cup was not enough he wanted to show that his were best at everything but saying he did say he was wrong to slate them in that way

    3. Good interview. Then his standards dropped and he won two Champions Leagues on a couple of flukes: two lucky stoppage time goals, and a penalty shootout

    4. Miserable git. His players had made history ten days earlier by winning the cup winners cup. A lot of Aberdeen players never forgave him for this.

    5. unbelievable shows the difence betwen the likes of Fergie and Wenger, Fergie would rant even after winning mayor cups with small teams where is managers like Wenger would thank he's players for showing passion in a fa cup 3rd round game vs nothingham Forest in a 4-2 defeat

    6. "We're the luckiest team in the world, We were a disgrace of a performance.

"(Willie) Miller and (Alex) McLeish won the cup for Aberdeen. Miller and McLeish played Rangers themselves. They were a disgrace of a performance.

"And I'm not caring, winning cups doesn't matter. Our standards have been set long ago and we're not going to accept that from any Aberdeen team. No way should we take any glory from that."
