Ryder Cup 1993 - The Belfry
    The 30th Ryder Cup Matches were held at The Belfry in Wishaw, Warwickshire, UK. The United States team won the competition by a margin of 15 to 13 points. Europe took a one point lead into the Sunday singles matches in what was a close contest. Davis Love III secured victory for the U.S. by defeating Constantino Rocca at the last hole, 1 up. Through 2012, this is the last U.S. victory in Europe in the Ryder Cup and also the last time the U.S. retained the Cup.

    1. The Belfry is possibly the worst golf course I have played…sorry if that offends anyone.Its just a flat dull slog of a course.Take the trees away and you have a farmers field……………God knows why it got such notoriety…………….there are 20 better courses within 30 miles………….
