    1. I love you girls, I must have seen this video ten times, and I love it just as much as the first time. I wish you could make more recipe videos like this in a beautiful kitchen.

    2. Yep. You are smart if you understand you need to eat right at your age to kill your belly.

Between one of my friend working in fitness field suggested me this 7 secret food items to kill our jelly belly.

      have a look here

    3. Hey there, have you heard about " BellyFATtack " yet? Simply google it. On there you will see a helpful free video presentation by a well accredited medical doctor revealing the way to burn body fat. This made it possible for Samuel to get rid of his belly fat. It might work for you as well…

    4. Hey, have you considered "BellyFATtack" yet? Simply have a look on Google. There you can get a valuable free video by a recognised doctor revealing how to reduce fat. It helped Khalid to burn his belly fat. Perhaps it will work for you as well.

    5. So long as the stevia is unbleached, raw and pure (basically just the powdered leaves), it's the healthiest 'sweetener' to consume, and doesn't spike your blood sugar levels!
Agave on the other hand, is processed in such a way that it's not actually a raw food, and closely resembles high fructose corn syrup. It seriously spikes the blood sugar levels and is best avoided. Do a search on 'agave' and 'blood sugar levels' & you'll find all sorts of good articles! 🙂

    6. i thought that the perfect fit shipping costs were going to go down for shipment to Canada 🙁 its still almost 30 dollars in shipping charges but i would like to try it so badly!

    7. so is stevia good for you ? ive read some magazines where it says that it's not very healthy along with agave syrup can someone answer me pleaseee? (:

    8. Should everyone be consuming protein powder? I have never had protein powder in my life – do we all need it in our diets?

    9. omg, looks so delicious!! can't wait to try…
Karena and Katrina, if we don't have a donut machine, can we pour the batter into a donut mold and put the mold into an oven or microwave??
If so, what should be the temperature & time settings required? Thanks!

    10. has anyone tried the vegan version (with flax)? i am not sure what i did wrong… followed directions exactly. but the batter just ran all over the place and did not firm up 🙁 so sad i wasted a whole cup of my perfect fit. batter tasted good though 😉

    11. i love karina and katrina and look up to them veru much but i agree with joe…im not going to be trying this recipe…it wouldnt satisfy me…would prob make me crave the real thing and id end up at dunkin donuts shoving my face ffull of pumpkin muffins…..mmmmmm pumkin muffins..
ill stick with oatmeal, greek yogurt, or their pancake recipe…its okay to not be a fan of everything and differ in opinion…these recipes are options not set in stone laws..

    12. the magic number for baking anything if not given a temp is 350 degrees F if your doing cupcakes then i would check in ten minute incriments, since its protein powder instead of flour, i just don't think it will bake up the same, hope that helps!
