    2. Outline of the method for the curious:
      15 grams coffee to 250ML water.
      :30 second bloom with an aggressive stir (assuming about 40ml water)
      Over about 15 seconds, pour remaining water in an aggressive circular pattern (should come very close to the top)
      Give the slurry a gentle stir, and give the V60 a light tap.
      Extraction time should be about 1.5 minutes, for a total brew time of 2:00.

      Very interesting to see such a short extraction time.  I'm use to it being slightly longer.  Maybe this is a geisha specific technique.
